• Step 1: Welcome to section 3 of the Capital Ring. This walk begins at Grove Park and ends at Crystal Palace. If starting from the end of section 2 of the Capital Ring, skip to step 7.

• 

  Step 2: If starting from Grove Park, turn right out of the station along Baring Road. There are shops near the station if you need supplies.

• 

  Step 3: Take the first right onto Chinbrook Road. Walk gently downhill looking out for the plane trees that line the road.

• 

  Step 4: After Amblecoat Road on your right, continue towards a zebra crossing ahead.

• 

  Step 5: Cross at the zebra crossing. Turn left immediately afterwards along a path beside the river by the Capital Ring sign.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the path beside the River Quaggy until you reach Marvels Lane.
