• Step 1: This walk was created in partnership with Cherwell District Council. Enjoy over 30 walks across North Oxfordshire and experience the sights and sounds of nature as you go.

• Step 2: This walk starts at Spider Park on Town Walk East (OX26 4UX). The blue line represents a circular 5K Health Route. Complete the full loop and you will have undertaken approx. 7,000 steps.

• Step 3: You can start anywhere you see the blue line. These Health Routes were funded by NHS England.

• Step 4: If 5K feels too far, start small and aim to walk 1k. Ten minutes of brisk walking can really help give you a boost. Discover just how easy it can be to adopt a healthier lifestyle and enjoy a happier you whilst walking.

• 

  Step 5: This 5k step free Health Walk starts beside Spider Park. Look out for the Start sign and off you go. Continue ahead.

  Step 6: The path is adorned with graphics to entice you to move more. Can you step between the rings? How fast can you do it?
