Step 1: From the train station, cross the Avoncliff Aqueduct and head towards the Cross Guns pub
Step 2: Don’t take the lane down to the pub (unless you need refreshments!) but keep going on the canal towpath signposted towards Bradford-on-Avon. The canal should be on your right.
Step 3: This is a lovely stretch of canal. It’s a shared path so look out for cyclists, as well as dragonflies and kingfishers.
Step 4: Keep going!
Step 5: Take the pedestrian bridge over the canal.
Step 6: And follow the path to the right
