Step 1: This circular walk starts at Woodbridge station off Quayside Road.
Step 2: Riverside Theatre, Cinema and Restaurant is on the right, originally opened in 1915 as the Woodbridge Electric Theatre.
Step 3: Cross over Quayside road at the zebra crossing.
Step 4: To the right of the crossing you can see Ferry House. It has a 16th century structure with a Georgian facade that was added to modernise it.
Step 5: Note that the end elevation of the roof pitch fails to match the front elevation. This steep pitch indicates that the roof was probably thatched originally. Retrace your steps on Quay St towards the Anchor pub.
Step 6: The Anchor pub has a Tudor wing, in Quay Street. To the left of The Anchor is an 18th century terrace, renamed Jubilee Terrace in 1887.
