  Step 1: Start at Forest Hill Station car park and the local sign, then cross the South Circular on the left hand side to head up London Road

• 

  Step 2: Head up London Road passing the (now closed) historic Capitol pub

• 

  Step 3: Opposite Sainsburys you'll see a narrow path rising to your left. Take this

• 

  Step 4: Follow this path to the end.

• 

  Step 5: You'll emerge on a green outside some Art Deco inspired apartments. Cross the green diagonally to the right

• 

  Step 6: Head for Radlet Avenue, and follow this to the left
