The River Roach Short Loop

Walk preview

1. Step 1: This walk is curated in partnership with Essex County Council and Rochford District Council.

2. 

   Step 2: This walk starts just outside Rochford train station

3. 

   Step 3: Exit through the station car park and take the steps down to the main road (you can avoid the steps by following the car park exit).

4. 

   Step 4: Follow the road around to the right and you can see the entrance to Rochford Reservoir.

5. 

   Step 5: Keep to the left and follow the path alongside the stream.

6. 

   Step 6: The path is mainly grass, so can get a little muddy or slippy.
