  Step 1: Start at the notice board in Hawksland. At the T junction turn right and head down the brae. You are on this small road for 1 mile.

• 

  Step 2: Care should be taken when walking this downhill section as lane is narrow and cars can travel fast.

• 

  Step 3: Follow the road round

• 

  Step 4: Pass a house with its own wind turbine and follow the road as it gently rises then falls, taking you down to the turning point at 1 mile.

• 

  Step 5: Turn Right at crossroads. Look out for signs (on the trees) for the Beeches Nursery

• 

  Step 6: Head up treelined lane to Low Boreland Farm and Beeches Nursery
