  Step 1: From the small parking area just off the M74/B7078 junction, head through the gap in the hedge and turn right to walk down the lane.

• 

  Step 2: Walk down the lane.

• 

  Step 3: At a small gatehouse, the lane enters a beautiful avenue of lime trees.

• 

  Step 4: Head down to the end of the lane under the lime trees.

• 

  Step 5: As the lane bends to the right you will see a waymarker between a goods yard and house on your left. Head onto this footpath.

• 

  Step 6: Follow the path down to another old metal stile.
