• Step 1: We started the walk along the Eastern road off of Adelaide Avenue.

• 

  Step 2: The Brockley-born naturalist and writer, Henry William Williamson used to live here.

• 

  Step 3: Take a right when coming across this path and walk to the green gate. This is the little known wildlife refuge, Hilly Fields nature reserve.

• 

  Step 4: Tada! There are two paths, not very pram friendly but manageable if you've only one. We parked ours up so we could explore.

• 

  Step 5: Sometimes you just need a dose of nature to clear your mind.

• 

  Step 6: We chilled in here listening to the birds and looking for insects. Can you spot any? We think we heard a Pterodactyl but can't be sure.
