  Step 1: This walk begins at the St Ann’s Valley Centre and Library. The centre offers access to NHS and Nottingham City Council services.

• Step 2: The closest public transport to the start of this walk is the Robin Hood Chase bus stop on St Ann’s Well Road. Buses 40, 40B, 40X and 41 stop here.

• 

  Step 3: Turn right and follow the footpath as it runs parallel to St Ann’s Well Road. There is a small shop here if you need to pick up supplies.

• 

  Step 4: Continue through the car park carefully and take the path as it heads through the trees.

• 

  Step 5: Now turn right onto Robin Hood Chase. This was one of four tree lined walks created by Nottingham’s 1845 Inclosure Act.

  Step 6: Pass the Chase Centre, which has a loving roof! Inside you’ll find St Ann’s Advice Centre and the Chase Café
