  Step 1: Welcome to this forest bathing walk around Victoria Gardens and St Mary’s Rest Gardens. Let’s spend some time connecting with nature.

• Step 2: The closest public transport to the start and end of this walk is the Victoria Leisure Centre bus stop on Bath Street. This is served by bus route 39.

• Step 3: Curzon Street stop on St Ann’s Well Road is also close by and is served by bus routes 40, 40X, 41 and 42.

• 

  Step 4: Enter the park by the bus stop. Victoria Park was first opened in 1894. Some of the oldest trees here date back to the 19th century.

• 

  Step 5: There will be a flagpole and information sign on your left here.

• 

  Step 6: Keep playground on the left and walk towards the colourful houses ahead. On your left note this beautiful tree.
