  • Step 3: The Clifton Suspension Bridge was designed by 23 year old Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It took over 30 years to complete. It was opened in 1864 as a memorial to Brunel who died before it had been completed.

  • When you reach the golden covered double nuts you are in the middle of the bridge.
