• Step 1: Welcome to Section 6 of the Lea Valley Walk. This walk follows the Lea Navigation towpath from Three Mills to East India Dock.

• Step 2: If you’re starting from Bromley-by-Bow station, go through the underpass & turn right. Continue along until reaching Twelvetrees Crescent. Turn left here & head east to the bridge over the River Lea Navigation.

• 

  Step 3: If you’re continuing on from Section 4 you can carry on ahead down the Lee Navigation.

• 

  Step 4: Carry on down the Lee Navigation.

• 

  Step 5: Pass under the railway bridge.

• 

  Step 6: After passing under the road, immediately on your left walk up to the bridge.
