  Step 1: This is a circular walk from the back of Princess Anne Hospital through the Lordsdale Greenway to the back of Southampton General Hospital.

• 

  Step 2: This walk celebrates Kim, Founder of Lost & Found Therapies, passionate about teaching people the benefits of wild herbs found locally.

• 

  Step 3: Start at Princess Anne maternity hospital in Coxford Road, opposite Southampton General Hospital. Arrive by bus, e-scooters or Beryl bike.

• 

  Step 4: Pass the bus stop by Princess Anne & e-scooters. Useful for active travellers (those who choose environmentally friendly modes of transport)

• 

  Step 5: Once you pass the bus stop, turn left into Springford Road along the allotment fence.

• 

  Step 6: Take the first left turn again to get to the Coxford Road Allotment gate.
