  Step 1: This walk starts at Ipswich station. We’re taking the scenic walk to Derby Road Station. This route has steps & steep sections.

• 

  Step 2: Exit the station and cross over Burrell Road. Turn left on the other side to cross over Princes Street.

• Step 3: On the other side of Princes Street, make your way over the bridge.

• 

  Step 4: Don’t miss the top down views over the River Orwell. We’re about to walk alongside it.

• 

  Step 5: On the other side of the bridge, look left for the steps down to the riverside. Alternatively, you can use the shared sloped path.

• Step 6: To avoid the river section, you can continue along Princes Street, turn right onto Commercial Road, follow it as it becomes Grafton Way. Then rejoin the route at Step 17.
