• 

  Step 1: The walk starts at the main entrance to the hospital. This walk takes about half an hour so is ideal if you are taking a quick break.

• 

  Step 2: Walk down to Strathtay Avenue, the main vehicle access to the hospital and turn right. Take a moment to notice the tall silver birch trees.

• 

  Step 3: Follow the road round past Kilbride Hospice looking out for their colourful horse statue on the hill.

• 

  Step 4: Notice the great trees on your right.

• 

  Step 5: There's a park on your left as you head down Strathtay Ave. Take the path through the park for some additional time in nature and a sit down

• Step 6: Take the path round the red blaes pitch and MUGA to get back onto Strathtay Avenue.
