  Step 1: Prepare at home by making your space calm for your return: clear work from desks, dim lights, or even put a herbal tea by your bedside.

• 

  Step 2: I began at Cherry Hinton because its close to my home. Leaving your home notice changes in light, street lamps, shadows, water reflections

• 

  Step 3: Exit Cherry Hinton park via the allotments. List the colours you can see. Are some colours more visible: burnt orange trails or red signs.

• 

  Step 4: Look for different textures too? Draw circles with your head looking up and around. Repeat circular motions relaxing your shoulders & wrists

• 

  Step 5: Pass the roundabout to Coldham’s. Are there scented flowers? Some Flowers release different scents at different times during the day.

• 

  Step 6: Can you hear trains in Coldham’s? Sound can interrupt our sleep. Focus on the sound of your breath to help rest in noisy places.
