CommUNITY Wellbeing Walk - Route 2

Walk preview

1. 

   Step 1: This walk starts and ends at CommUNITY space in Lewisham Shopping Centre. It’s also Unit 17 in the South Side.

2. Step 2: The nearest bus stops are on Molesworth Street or Lewisham High Street. The Lewisham DLR & railway station is also a short distance away.

3. 

   Step 3: With your back to hub, turn right and look out for this colourful ‘Ono Dafediaiye’ mural of a local legend by Holly Hankinson.

4. Step 4: Ono was nominated to be featured for her trailblazing work making creative arts more inclusive for people with learning disabilities. To the right of the mural is a sign with the shopping centre exit where we continue to next.

5. 

   Step 5: Follow the footpath as it bears right again.

6. 

   Step 6: Exit the shopping centre. Mind the bollards.
