Step 1: This walk has been curated in partnership with Essex County Council and Colchester Borough Council.
Step 2: The first half of this unique route follows a series of fourteen, hand-forged artworks. Artists Andrew Rowe, David Mackie, Heather Parnell and Becky Adams worked with the local community to create the stunning imagery.
Step 3: The artworks are accompanied by a poem, written by Wivenhoe based poet, Martin Newell. Swipe up on the read more panel below to see the poem.
Step 4: Start at Colchester Town Station. Exit and to the street and go right.
Step 5: Follow the road around to the right and head up St Boltophs Street.
Step 6: Peek to your right down the alley to see St. Boltophs Church. If you have time for a detour the ruins of the priory are worth a visit.
