• Step 1: This walk has been curated by S3 pupils from the Carluke High School Forest School group.

• 

  Step 2: Starting at the Tesco car park, head back out of the entrance towards Lanark Road, staying on the pavement on the right hand side.

• 

  Step 3: Just past the roundabout, head off to the path on the right through the grass, taking you slightly away from the main road.

• 

  Step 4: Following this path you will see a small site of trees planted by the local Scouts to try and improve the biodiversity of this grass area.

• 

  Step 5: When you reach the end of the path, go right to begin walking down Cartland Avenue.

• 

  Step 6: Continue on Cartland Avenue
