Step 1: Leave the School, cross over Eastfield Road and head up Sauchiesmoor Road.
Step 2: Cross the road and follow the path towards Beechfield Drive then turn left onto Old Lanark Road.
Step 3: Cross the road (take care) and cut through Chrichton Walk.
Step 4: Busy road ahead, take care when crossing.
Step 5: Follow the track but watch out for muddy parts.
Step 6: Learning about the Old Toll Road that passed through Carluke on way to Lanark.
