Step 2: The No 3 & 4 Bus from Broadmead and Cribbs Causeway stops outside Blaise Castle Estate on Kings Weston Road. The closest station is Shirehampton. This is Walk 1 of 5 around the Blaise Castle estate.
Step 3: Enter the gates and start at the cafe. There are toilets and seats outside the cafe plus ample green space to sit and picnic.
Step 4: Before you head off, don't miss this dog sculpture on the other side of the entrance from the car park.
Step 5: There is also a great adventure playground for kids with a separate space for the younger and older ones.
Step 6: Blaise Castle House was built in 1795 for Jhon Scandret Harfird by William Paty. There is also a Orangery and more Classical Greek influence
