  Step 1: Start at the gates at the end of Burnside Street.

  Step 2: Turn left at a large tree stump.

• 

  Step 3: Head down some steps and cross the metal bridge over the burn.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the path here. There are slight steps here so do watch your footing.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right at the first junction.

• 

  Step 6: Turn left at a T- junction of paths.
