  Step 1: Start at the entrance to Woodgate Valley Country Park on Clapgate Lane. The No 23 bus stop is nearby on Clapgate Lane and Woodgate Lane.

• Step 2: Please note that some sections of this walk might be muddy in wet or wintry weather. Solid or waterproof shoes are recommended if so. 😊

• 

  Step 3: Head through the car park and towards the Visitor Centre.

• 

  Step 4: With the Visitor Centre behind you, head down this path with a play area on your right.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right when the path reaches the bottom of the car park, by the sign for the Riding Centre.

• 

  Step 6: Enter the Country Park here on the right and bear almost immediately left.
