Step 1: Turning to nature first for wellbeing is a great option - and it’s so easy to do. This short walk starts outside the main entrance.

Step 2: Head down the slope towards the Multi-Faith Centre, be sure to enjoy the willow on the way.

Step 3: Head right onto the grass, a place to sit already.

Step 4: Head for the trees with the ‘low mow’ bank to your right. The long grass allows a variety of plants to grow & provides a home for insects.

Step 5: Then take the steps. Why? You may ask…because a moment of joy awaits ahead.
