  Step 1: We start at the top of the hill at Feanedock by the benches. With the benches behind you head down the hill to your left.

• 

  Step 2: There are cherry trees on your left here and hawthorn on your right, the cherries ripen to red in summer.

• 

  Step 3: An old tree damaged by a storm has the most amazing bracken fungus. Can you spot it hidden away on your right?

• 

  Step 4: The woodland in summer is full of blackberries yet to ripen. Watch out for brambles on our ramble.

• 

  Step 5: At the bottom of the hill cross over the main path taking a slight right to enter the trees.

• 

  Step 6: The woodland is wild here, with uneven ground, brambles and nettles take care as you continue straight along the path.
