• Step 1: This walk is written from Lechlade to Kelmscot. However we actually stayed at The Plough in Kelmscot and walked from there to Lechlade and then back again.

• Step 2: Kelmscot was a good half way point. But there are a few other pubs along the way that would also make a good overnight stop. However, The Plough does do some yummy food and the rooms are 👌 as well.

• 

  Step 3: Start in the village of Lechlade. Might be a good idea to get some cash here. The pubs along the way all take card, but taxi’s don’t!

  Step 4: Walk over the bridge and take the gate down to the right, down onto the river path.
