Stroll Around South Ken

Walk preview

1. Step 1: Start your walk at South Kensington Underground station. It is served by the District, Circle & Piccadilly lines. It’s just a short ride from London Victoria station too. Alternatively buses run along nearby Thurloe Place.

2. 

   Step 2: You need to exit the station & ensure that you’re on Thurloe Street.

3. 

   Step 3: There are lots of pollinator pockets around South Kensington station & the cafés on Exhibition Road.

4. 

   Step 4: Turn left down Exhibition Road. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat once you’re completed your walk. Lots of alfresco dining options!

5. Step 5: Did you know… this area was market gardens before it was purchased by the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 to create London’s arts & science district.

6. 

   Step 6: Pass by the Ismaili Centre.
