  Step 1: Take a left out of Seaford station to catch a bus to see the Seven Sisters

• Step 2: Take a bus (like 47 or 126) from near the station to Chyngton Lane

• 

  Step 3: Walk down Chyngton Lane South, a narrow alley between houses with pot holes. Walk all the way till you see South Hill Barn to your left

• 

  Step 4: South Hill Barn

• Step 5: South Hill Barn has a snacks and drinks booth and portaloos. Walk past the barn keeping it to your right

• Step 6: Take the right hand path going downhill to Hope Gap. It’s about a 30 minute walk.
