  Step 1: Your walk of Saxmundham starts here at the museum. It’s free to visit & contains lots of interesting exhibits & artefacts.

• Step 2: There is a bus stop right outside the Saxmundham Museum. Buses travel to & from Ipswich, Leiston, Framlingham & other local towns.

• 

  Step 3: On the corner of High Street & Market Place is Cotton Tree Interiors.

• 

  Step 4: Head onto Market Place, passing The Edge on your left.

• 

  Step 5: On your left is Angel Yard Market Place. There’s been a market in Saxmundham dating back to 1348.

• 

  Step 6: Take time to notice the delicate angel forged from metal on the gate.
