  • Step 1: There's two hours free parking on-street right outside the church. Be careful where you park though as there's signs for emergency access, there's no cafe or toilet facilities here so it's a quick visit but totally worth it.

  • Step 3: Apparently the church was too expensive for the parishioners to maintain so in 1672 they were given permission to remove the roof and to build a much smaller church within it.

  • Worth a lovely wander around. The stained glass window here would've been massive!

  • Step 6: Once you've finished having a spy in the church double back on yourselves for 10 meters and on your left is a public footpath, that's the way to Benacre Nature Reserve.
