• 

  Step 1: We start the walk from Llandaff Fields car park, accessed from Cathedral Road in Pontcanna.

• Step 2: There are plenty of routes through Llandaff Fields, but for this circular walk, we’re actually heading down towards the playground and on into Pontcanna Fields.

• 

  Step 3: Follow the stone wall (on your right) down to the gap, adjacent to the playground.

• 

  Step 4: Through the wall and take the path to the left.

• 

  Step 5: And follow the path, running parallel to the road, heading north.

• 

  Step 6: As we walk toward Llandaff, we pass the Pontcanna riding stables on our right.
