Step 1: Welcome to North Berwick. This walk starts on the High Street, near the Abbey Church.
Step 2: The Abbey Church was built here in 1868. Its Pointed Gothic architecture has graced the High Street ever since.
Step 3: If you’d like, pop down Church Street to get your first glimpses of the ocean.
Step 4: This is North Berwick Bay, on the Firth of Forth and North Sea. To your right is a lovely sand beach ready to explore.
Step 5: When you’re ready, come on back up Church Road and turn left to continue walking along the High Street.
Step 6: The High Street has lots of independent businesses. On the way, feel free to stop ‘n’ shop…
