  Step 1: A circular walk starting in Hambleden through Chiltern countryside to the town of Henley-on-Thames And back along the River Thames

• 

  Step 2: Leave the village with the church behind you. Go through the metal kissing gate on the left by the chalk stream

• 

  Step 3: Cut across the field with the road on the right and stream (if it’s there!) on the left. The next kissing gate should be in sight.

• 

  Step 4: Go through the gate cross the road and through the next metal gate.

• 

  Step 5: Continue along the field with the hedge on the right.

• 

  Step 6: Go through the metal kissing gate. Cross the side road and stay on the pavement till you reach the t-junction.
