  • There is an information board beside the reserve entrance.  It explains the site’s prior history as an explosives factory, 1865 to 1995

  • Step 5: The majority of the site has tracks that are useable by pushchairs and wheelchairs. Please contact North Wales Wildlife Trust HQ for the gate code in advance.

  • Step 6: Disabled visitors are also able to get their vehicles on to the site with prior arrangement. Upland tracks, however, are rough, steep and contain steps.
