  Step 1: Leave the traffic behind. Enjoy the blossom / leaves / birdsong. Cross the ark on either path in front of you.

• Step 2: Take the path to the left of the children’s playground

• 

  Step 3: Go left on coming out of the park. Keep to the right of the houses to the pedestrian path to Greendale. A linear park is planned

• Step 4: Turn right on reaching the Greendale footpath / cyclepath. Just before you start to go uphill enter Greendale Fields through the gate on the right

  Step 5: Take the path to the left. Check out the leaves on the trees - green, autumn colour or bare?

• 

  Step 6: Bear right on leaving Greendale Fields into Dog Kennel Hill Wood. The path changes from paved to woodland and can be muddy ...
