Forest Hill Nature Reserves

Walk preview

1. 

   Step 1: Start at Forest Hill Station car park, in front of the mural

2. Step 2: Cross the road and head up London Road in the direction of the Horniman Museum

3. 

   Step 3: Pass the Horniman gate & continue down the hill a short distance. Just after the bottom gate is a path. Take this. The trail is on the left.

4. 

   Step 4: For this walk we will exit on to Langton Rise. If not open, retrace your steps and head along Wood Vale to the same spot

5. Step 5: Walk to Westwood park and turn left. Turn right on Ringmore Rise to Horniman Drive.

6. 

   Step 6: Admire the views of the City of London as you climb
