  Step 1: Start at the little car park off Warren Road in the East Brighton area of Woodingdean. Dean historically means a long open valley.

• 

  Step 2: You are right by the Brighton racetrack course and have to cross over the race track to start the walk. Watch out for racing horses!

• 

  Step 3: You walk alongside the race track for a while. Head towards the sea!

• 

  Step 4: Stop for a while and enjoy the views.

• 

  Step 5: Lots of space to run around (children and dogs!) Look at that beautiful blue sea in the distance.

• 

  Step 6: The track gets a little bit rougher in parts but still doable with a buggy. Just a little bit bumpy!
