  Step 1: Your walk starts here at the National Trust car park. Postcode: LE65 1RR. Head down the path to the right.

• Step 2: The car park is pay & display, costing £3.50 for up to 4 hours. If you’re a National Trust member parking is free. All money raise through parking goes back into caring for the parkland.

• 

  Step 3: Simply head down, you’ll need to turn left at the bottom to avoid a swim.

• 

  Step 4: Follow the path by the reservoir.

• 

  Step 5: Over the wooden bridge. There are wooden handrails on either side if you need them.

• 

  Step 6: Cross another bridge. The path heads right here.
