  • This walk starts at Burnt Oak tube station. Exit out of the station onto Waitling Avenue. Turn left on Barnfield Road.

  • Silkstream Park sits within the Watling Estate, built by London County Council in the 1920s to provide "homes fit for heroes".

  • Find the old oak and hawthorn trees from the time when this area was fields and hedgerows. Continue wandering through the park.
