  Step 1: Welcome to the Bristol Ring! See below for options for where to start. This route starts at Bristol Temple Meads railway station.

• 

  Step 2: Exit Bristol Temple Meads station following the Temple Quay and Ferry signs.

• 

  Step 3: You'll see signs to follow to the Bristol & Bath Railway Path (BBRP). Head down the ramp towards a small car park.

• 

  Step 4: Cross the car park with care.

• 

  Step 5: Turn right onto a shared path towards a wide metal bridge known locally as the Cheese Grater Bridge.

• 

  Step 6: Use Meads Reach Bridge to cross the Floating Harbour. The bridge was opened in 2008 and won an award from RIBA.
