Step 1: This walk starts in Bourton-on-the-Water. There are nice shops and cafes if you want to buy some snacks for your walk. Bakery on the Water sells lovely baked goods and coffees.
Step 2: Start near the War Memorial. Facing away from the river, cross over High St and head left.
Step 3: Turn right onto the path past St. Lawrence’s Church. There is evidence of a Christian building on this site going back as to 8th century.
