• 

  Step 1: Start at Ladywell train station. There’s a buggy/bike friendly route into Ladywell Fields via the road if you prefer.

• 

  Step 2: If you exit from the station platform take this pretty tree lined route into Ladywell Fields.

• 

  Step 3: Go past the back of Lewisham Hospital and the tennis players.

• 

  Step 4: You’ll see Ladywell Arena in front of you, go over the ‘whirly bridge’ (again one side is buggy/bike friendly if needed)

• 

  Step 5: On the other side of the bridge you’ll see the Adventure playground.

• 

  Step 6: Ladywell Fields Adventure Playground and youth club. For 8-19 yr olds (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult) Amazing free local resource
