  • Step 2: The free car park for Dunadd Fort can be found at this map point. This walk is about 1.5 - 2km. Strenuous and steep climbs at some points. Suitable for kids who are happy to climb. Not accessible. Follow the signs to the fort.

  • The gate keeps the grazing sheep inside. Between 500 & 900AD this was one of the most important places in what was to become Scotland!
