  Step 1: This walk begins from the alleyway entrance to Vinters Valley, which runs alongside Valley Park School, joining Vinters Rd and New Cut Rd

  Step 2: Passing through the pedestrian gateway, begin to reflect upon what a ‘mindful’ walk might look like for you 🌿

  Step 3: Are there any unhelpful thoughts you can leave behind as you enter the park?

  Step 4: Maybe pause for a moment, take a deep breath & begin to notice what is going on around you 🌳🍃

  Step 5: After around 100 metres of gravel-y path, you’ll see this sign - keep left towards ‘Grove Green’

• 

  Step 6: The park is described as a ‘wildlife oasis’ with a ‘rich history’, dedicated to the preservation & enjoyment of nature 🧚🏻
