Step 1: Clyne Gardens is a beautiful botanic garden just outside Swansea. Start off Mumbles Road, there’s a car park next to Woodman pub (SA3 5BS).
Step 2: You can also find bus stops near the pub. The park has some steep sections. It’s mostly wheel and dog friendly as well - bonus! The gardens are truly spectacular all year round. Use this route as a guide or wander as you wish!
Step 3: The gardens can be accessed for free all year round. There are many beautiful paths to wander around. Continue ahead, past the lodge.
Step 4: Clyne Gardens has a really varied collections of plants set in beautiful parkland with pretty landmarks dotted throughout. Continue ahead.
Step 5: Did you know that William Graham Vivian was the former “millionaire of Clyne” who bought 'Clyne Castle' in 1860. To display his wealth, he lavished time & money on the castle and gardens.
Step 6: Continue up the wide sloped path. Enjoy the scenery as you go. The toilets are just up on your right.
