Step 1: Zipcar has over 1000 fully electric cars that members can drive, with most available in their one-way Flex service (like a self-drive taxi).
Step 2: This circular walk starts at Pooh Bridge Car Park (TN7 4EX). Parking is usually free or a small fee. If full, there are others nearby.
Step 3: Ashdown Forest is the setting of the Winnie-the-Pooh stories and is said to be the inspiration for the Hundred Acre Wood & woodland animals featured in the classics. Many Pooh & Piglet landmarks feature in this enchanting walk.
Step 4: Go to the far end of the car park. You’ll see a sign indicating that you are entering a private estate but have permission to walk.
Step 5: Follow the path as it continues ahead with a woodland on the right hand side. This area is steeped in human history from royalty to commoners, writers to smugglers.
Step 6: If you like adventuring, why not nip into the woodland on your right? Little paths wind in between the trees where dens can be found & made.
