• 

  Step 1: Start at flag pole adjacent to main car park and toilets

• Step 2: Follow the track past the notice boards, vehicle barrier. Cafe in the park is on your right

• 

  Step 3: Turn left towards Barden Lake under railway bridge

• 

  Step 4: Keep left on track with Barden Lake on your right and bear left again at ‘No Cycling’ signs

• 

  Step 5: Keep left to cross Sharpes Bridge and then continue along path parallel with River Medway

• 

  Step 6: When you reach fenced off area, turn left over Stone Lock Bridge and continue under railway bridge
