  Step 1: Start at Stackpole walled garden. There is some parking here as well as a tea room, toilets and interesting artwork

• 

  Step 2: Head down through the wild garlic towards the water

• 

  Step 3: The woodland walk is well maintained

• 

  Step 4: You will see numerous trees and old buildings on the way down

• 

  Step 5: The path will take you past the well known 8 arch bridge

• 

  Step 6: All the pathway here is wide and flat. It is prone to some flooding after heavy rain though
