• Step 1: Welcome to the Killerton Estate, site of the Killerton House. Here, the Acland family presided over the extensive grounds from the late 17th century until 1944. Now, it’s cared for by National Trust.

• Step 2: This walk showcases both of Killerton’s chapels, historic parkland, the River Culm, open farmland and ancient woodland. There’s truly something for everyone!

• Step 3: The walk begins at the Killerton Estate car park (EX5 3LJ). The 1 bus between Exeter and Tiverton stops a safe and short walk away, on the B3181. That’s how we got here from Exeter City Centre!
